When do I receive my beautiful robe or sleep wear?

After your payment has been received, we’ll send your items to you within 3-7 business days via USPS. For personalized robes, it will take up to 2 weeks to make, so please make sure you order your robes one months earlier before the big day! Shipping time usually takes about 7-10 business days to arrive to your door. During peak wedding season, it might take longer for your items to be packed, we will let you know of any additional delays to your order.

How can I make sure the package get delivered to the right place?

This rarely happened. But make sure when placing your order don't forget to double check all shipping address details are correct and up to date. And the name matches the current residence address, otherwise USPS will return the package back to us. And we are not responsible if the package get lost due to the incorrect address customer provides.

Return / Refund / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds/ returns/ exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So please make sure to double check the ship to address, the name and spelling. We follow what customer wrote on the note, and we are not responsible for correcting. Blossom & Syrup reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

If the items are wrong, can I return?

Yes. If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us right away, and we’re happy to replace your order with a new one in perfect condition. And the re-shipping cost will be on us.
